imc calibration
(ISO 17025 and IATF 16949 compliant)
We have been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1995. As a device manufacturer, imc does not have an accredited laboratory, but fully complies with the IATF16949 requirement point 7.1.5.3.2 "Requirements for external laboratories". imc always supplies a factory calibration certificate which conforms to ISO 9001. In accordance with ISO 17025, the works calibration certificate is compliant with the measured value protocol set, which imc supplies as an option. The measured value protocol sets as well as the certificates and protocols of the test equipment used can be supplied up to 10 years later.
imc offers the following possibilities to meet the requirements of IATF-16343/ ISO 17025:
Option 1: A DAkkS traceable calibration chain for the measurement equipment
As a DIN EN ISO 9001 certified company, all our test equipment is subject to test equipment monitoring. Therefore, they are safely monitored and have feedback by means of the DAkkS calibration chain. As a result, it is possible to order a "DAkkS traceability certificate" for the calibration of your equipment at no extra charge. The calibration is then carried out exclusively with test equipment with DAkkS traceability. This measurement protocol set conforms to the requirements of ISO 17025.
You can find additional certificates and explanations about our devices here: Sample certificates
Option 2: additional DAkkS calibration in an accredited laboratory.
imc can offer you an individual calibration certificate through an accredited calibration laboratory cooperating with us. We will be happy to support you in the development of test plans, the determination of recalibration or test deadlines, and we can also handle the entire order processing.
3. Customer audit
